How to resolve sign in problem with adding account on android.

Requirements: 
A rooted android device
Root browser apk
And a working data connection
First you will install root browser and grant root access.
1:Next you'll locate the system folder, then you'll find the folder named (etc,  click on it and find the file named hosts open it using its text editor.
2:Delete it's entire content and save.
3:Exit the app and the go back to your settings and click on add Google account and proceed.
